exec_always not working #452

Current Behavior

relevant config:

exec_always --no-startup-id touch /tmp/hello
bindsym $mod+Shift+r restart

after restarting:

❯ ls /tmp/hello
lsd: /tmp/hello: No such file or directory (os error 2).

Expected Behavior

file exists.

sorry it was my bad, reload shortcut did not work, but restart did
