Suggestion: add relay timer in config #805

Hi, now i use wled + shelly + node-red + homeassistant. I use node-red+shelly to power on my power sopply and power off after 15 sec Can you add in next release a power off timer configurable via gui? Now i have to recompile wled evry time... Thanks
