Transition up brightness causing flicker. #885

I'm having some issues sending transition from Home Assistant. Works fine for a transition down brightness but up birghtness I get some severe flickering. It doesn't seem to flicker when using the WLED web gui and changing the brightness.

I'm using 32 APA102 led's and a 3 amp PSU on a Wemos D1 Mini.
