Add option to show overall rank for tier

Could we please get an option to show the overall rank for a tier? It's nice being able to see ASP rank or percent per fight but I'm often also curious about overall rank and I couldn't figure out a way to show that without loading up someone's actual fflogs page.

While the data is available to the plugin, it sounds a bit complicated to fit in the current UI. Unless you have a good idea on how to do that.

My best thought, and what I tried to do before realizing it was disabled, is to allow adding a row to the table like it currently does but don't disable the submit button if there is no encounter selected for ASP Rank > Anabaseios > Savage. Then it's talking about the rank for the whole tier instead of the rank for a specific encounter?

I do agree it's a bit weird though because the whole table is mostly focused around a per fight value/stat system so if it's not viable that's alright too, just wanted to make the request

Added them as a tooltip on ASP stats, not exactly ideal, but better than nothing... I guess!
