Premium proxy makes CPU usage 100%

from this problem I want to increase the audience by using 1000 premium proxies so I use it but when I just used 40 premium proxy lists suddenly the cpu usage reached 100%, I lowered it to 5 premium proxy lists in (notepad) but still cpu usage reach 100%

I've tried several ways, using a proxy sock4 but within 5 minutes it suddenly crashes.
