Minor language compatibility issues

Issue details

1. My request is support minor language localize, like Uyghur or others language.
2. I had switch to different translation engine, but theres no options can generate Uyghur.
3. I had try some translation platform such as Google, Microsoft at the website, they support translation English to Uyghur.
4. Is theres any intercept or filter between platform and plugin?

So I found the source code. Theres pretty of preset support language had add to the XXXTranslator.java, May be i can add Uyghur or some other minor languages to the preset list
