#8 Bug fixes and formatting for run_dynamics_fast

• Fixed bug when allocating output buffer allocation size for stateout by setting size based on NUM_OUT_TOTAL instead of a hardcoded incorrect value
• Fixed bug when reading the pointers for dynamic limits (ptrd, ptrd2) where the for loop was incorrected iterated
• Fixed bug when reading the points for the initial conditions (ptri, ptri2) with non traditional indexing that led to inefficient pointer math
• Renamed macros and variables to use a more consistent naming and style convention. Also added units to some variable names
• Updated copyright end year to 2022
• Update RUN_mex to not force compiling with debug flags (-g)

Pulled branch and recompiled run_dynamics_fast with RUN_mex. Able to run RUN_uncor with no segmentation fault or compile-time warnings.
