Triggering builds after CMS base updates #2

Given how this repo doesn't support Netlify (or other continuous deployment) out of the box, I'd understand if you close this as unrelated. However I wanted to hear your thoughts on how one might trigger rebuilds upon an update to your CMS base rather than rebuild and re-commit your site each time.
