Doesn't seem to be working when devices connected to a hub #23

Hi, I have installed the software and I am able to run it however it exits with the following error:

ERROR: Could not find device. GUIDE: (1) Please verify the serial number. (2) Ensure that the device is advertising. (3) Retry connection. (4) Try putting the device closer Temporary could not connect

Does this work when the wave plus devices are paired with the hub? Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. It worked fine before I connected with the hub. Would be nice to get this confirmed. Maybe we can pull the measurements directly from the hub instead?

I have the same issue. Has anyone confirmed that it doesn't work when linked to the hub?

According to the Hub manual:

Can I use a Wave device both with a Hub and with Bluetooth simultaneously? A: This is currently not supported. Once a Wave device connects to a Hub, Bluetooth will be disabled until the device is unlinked (not available yet) through device settings.

Glad I spotted this before buying a Hub!

How many devices can you connect with BLE at the same time? Also there is the problem with connection distance. I think that pairing all with the hub and then read all data from hub would be a better solution (if Airthings would support connection to the hub ).
