Updated README with details of Wave Plus sampling frequency #3

Added some details about the Wave Plus sampling frequency so people understand why the sensor values remain the same for long periods of time.

I think a better approach would be to add an input argument which specifies the sample period in seconds or minutes. It would make a lot more sense to let users decide whatever value they want. Nevertheless, the information you provide in the README is valuable for guiding the choice of an appropriate sample period.

I will make the necessary changes to the README when I push the latest changes (adding sample period as input argument).
