12h time makes next Dawn the same as sunset time and darkmode won't apply #138

See image above, 12h time results in sunset listed as what Dawn time is v 0.1.1

Adding Darkmode line breaks the card

I should re-phrase a bit - 24h format is no longer available and it defaults to 12h even though it shouldn't based on the source code. If I remove timeFormat from the config, it stays as a 12 hour. Either way, main issue is that the sunset time is just incorrect.
