Updated Norwegian translation #63

Elevation -> Elevasjon Høyeste punkt (Highest point) -> Middag (Midday) Adjusted the error message

@petrepa @hulkhaugen would you mind to take a look to each other PRs and check if they clash in any way? My knowledge of Norwegian is 0, so it would be helpful (https://github.com/AitorDB/home-assistant-sun-card/pull/69)

It seems @petrepa made the (no_)nn file which I guess is ok (Nynorsk is not my specialty). It seems he didn't make any changes to the (no_)nb file, only renamed it from no to nb which is reasonable. In that case, I suggest my changes should be applied to the new nb-file.
