Don't autocollapse manually expanded headers #50

[14:15] [G] [50:Khaitobella]: the auto collapse for zones [14:15] [G] [50:Khaitobella]: I'm in Felwood [14:16] [G] [50:Khaitobella]: but the quest im doing is from Undercity, but I can't expand it manually because when I do, it gets auto collapsed again
