Latest commons-for-apache-kafka update reduced dependencies from avro-converter to avro-data.
To run integration tests properly, avro-converter needs to be on the same version with commons (7.2.2) -- added comment to build script to maintain this reference. Ideally, avro-converter should be added as a plugin, via plugin.path.
