Add logo and fix copyright year and symbol

What is the current behavior?

Missing Klaw logo for default header, and the copyright symbol was not always being correctly displayed.(specifically when shown in slack notifications

What is the new behavior?

A new small Klaw logo is added, and the copyright logo is now properly displayed.

@programmiri thanks for this, got some feedback to add some padding to the top and bottom of the img so will make that change now.
