To get to the moon you need

[x] Rocket
[x] Space suit
[x] Oxygen loader
[x] ~~power for oxygen loader (ad astra provides coal burner)~~ not needed because of #126
[x] launchpad.
[x] fuel for rocket

At the moment all of these require steel... We don't want steel until later.

All these recipes need to change.

launchpad and space suit recipes are altered with #116

we are gonna test adding an electrolyzer with custom machinery. This would make power unnecessary.
