Add mime type associations for filetypes I use often. I need to find applications for some such as pdf.

With 7520c341aae6e0b474db0a7a381988cb81c4b82e I've added my current mimeapps.list with associations. Currently missing:

with 7cc186cc3da9f9a0025f081909f3728c754097ae most text files should open with kakoune

I'm on vscode for bigger code stuff now. should switch it to open with that now.
