Ticker opacity setting does not apply to images #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Default behaviour 

What is the expected output? Opacity settings applied to ticker bar, text
and graphic thumb nails

What do you see instead? thumb nails are not opaque

What version of the product are you using? 0.34 TEST

On what operating system? MS XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

Accepting this, though I need to figure out if the content should always follow 
the
ticker's transparency, or whether it should be a separate option.
