Features request: Font size changes and manual scrolling #259

Hi,

I would like to be able to make the font size bigger so that I can just run 
snackr for instance, to occupy the whole screen (pure RSS console).

I would also like to be able to "drag" and stop the scrolling of news, for 
the item I missed. Sort of rewind feature, so that I don't have to wait until 
the next cycle to be able to click on it (and read it).

Or large enough so it can be read on today's TV screens! The ticker and text is 
way too small.
