Snackr reserving window space #289

It would be nice that Snackr reserved the window space where it is supposed 
to be docked so it wouldn't occlude windows. In other words, the same 
behavior as the Windows' taskbar.

The reason for this is that it is kind of annoying having to collapse it 
constantly to get to tools like firebug or Chrome's dev tools.

This is unfortunately a limitation of the current AIR runtime. I've mentioned 
the
idea to them, but it's a pretty low-priority request (not too many people are 
trying
to create this kind of docking widget).
