Dock snackr to desktop so it will not allow applications under it. #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Snap to side/bottom/top and lock the screen so other windows will not go 
under snackr but will size correctly. (Dock to screen)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Docking so it will not allow applications to under the snackr app. 
Snackr is above all other apps but that means i cannot get to the app under it.

What version of the product are you using? (Note: if you pulled the source from 
SVN, enter a revision number here instead of a Snackr version number) V 0.41

On what operating system? Windows 7 

What version of the AIR runtime do you have installed? unknown

Same problem and only reason I don't use Snackr

Docking to edge of screen would be great. Currently have to resize other 
windows around snackr so can use other apps/see snackr at same time.
