What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Snackr for the first time
2. Import lots of feeds
3. Watch Snackr hog the download bandwidth
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the bandwidth usage to be low, preferably a value I can specify.
What version of the product are you using? (Note: if you pulled the source from

Please provide any additional information below.
Please add an option to limit the rate Snackr downloads anything in kb per
seconds. This is useful for us with low speed Internet connections.
