great to use as a ticker feed for an idle screen (think day trader multi screen 
setup)

I agree - a full screen mode would be brilliant - with the option for an 
"always-on" 
mode or use as a screensaver.

Fullscreen mode coupled with vertical scrolling and custom appearance would 
make this ideal for my vertical monitor setup. At the moment it's exactly what 
I want in a ticker but these improvements would take it beyond
