[Bug] Will of the Ocean and Night Vision #413

Description of a Bug:

When I equip the Will of the Ocean and have another source of night vision (I have Artifacts installed and use the night vision goggles) the night vision effect (if is applying continuously) will tick on and off until one of the 2 is unequipped.

How to Reproduce:

  1. Have will of the ocean and a source of continuous night vision
  2. Be outside of water
  3. The night vision effect will turn on and off

I can confirm that this is still the case in 1.19.2 (Enigmatic Legacy 2.26.5, Curios 5.1.3.0, Patchouli 77, Forge 43.2.7, Artifacts 5.0.2)

Can confirm this with Enigmatic's own items, Will of the Ocean and Charm of the Treasure Hunter. Standing inside of a cave will cause a perpetual flickering
