The string is now sorted alphabetically, and fixed the mistakes in Chinese

Please don't touch the order, original en_us localization is manually sorted according to the functional purpose of the strings. I would like other translations to follow this custom order, but it's not critical and I do not think that it would make sense to enforce this for localization PRs. You can put your fixes for Chinese in another PR if you still want them merged.
