Bug Description

When posting messages in chat in a singleplayer/LAN world (e.g. for keeping temporary notes), if NCR encryption is enabled, messages are not decrypted for the player.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open a singleplayer world 2) Enable NCR encryption 3) Try typing a message 4) Optionally, open the world to LAN and try sending another message

Other Information

Other mods are installed (see log for list), however I was also able to reproduce this bug with mods that modify chat disabled (Baritone, Tweakeroo, Stendhal, More Chat History). I was also able to use encrypted messages without issue on multiplayer servers.

That issue mentions fresh PaperMC 1.20.4 and doesn't mention singleplayer/LAN, however they could be connected. I should've also mentioned in my original issue, but I have no problem sending encrypted messages in multiplayer servers.
