Bug Description

On a clean installation of 1.20.4 Fabric with NCR only, you are unable to decrypt others or your own messages. I have been able to reproduce this with someone else too

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open up a clean installation of NCR
  2. Enable encryption
  3. Type something
  4. Observe, you will see gibberish(the encrypted text)

I am closing this since this seems to be fixed on 1.20.6 with commit 43c3ce780a931eca7238a119f3e23f6759894e68
