[When i start the randomizer i only see an empty cmd (WINDOWS) ] #765

When i try to open the "launcher_WINDOWS.bat" it appears only a blank windows cmd, i already tried to reinstall java and i saw all the other reports but i still can't fix this. The only way i can use the randomizer is to use the jar file, but i need to randomize 3ds games and by opening the jar file it isn't possible. Please help me Here's a screen shot of what i saw:

Operating System: Windows 11
Java Version: 8 update 421
Randomizer Version: 4.6.0.
