add to canonical representation annotations of bibliographic entities #16

Right now, it seems that only NE annotations make their way into the canonical JSON. But for the multi-comm. we would need also e.g. primary-full etc. See this other issue https://github.com/AjaxMultiCommentary/ajmc-multicommentary/issues/14
