We need a simple function that basically tells our units which to be
rotated for movement and shooting, and what angle to shoot at to go for
whatever they targetted...

Do they shoot directly at the target or should this function try to lead the 
target 
based on unit and target velocity and/or path?

Should shoot directly at them - so they will probably be inaccurate at low 
speed/high
range, but that is ok :)
