Is this related to copying images in Chrome and pasting them in Telegram, they get sent as files? This changed lately, I wonder if Chrome changed the format of its clipboard to WebP or if twa changed the behaviour for pasting images into chat?

This is a widespread error. It seems to be related to peculiarities of webp format processing on the server. https://bugs.telegram.org/?sort=time&query=webp
