What was the browser? What were the steps, so we can reproduce it?

Latest chrome. For me the problem is only when this chat is archived. When I move it to unarchived and back, it starts working normall. I guess it could be some migration issue. For now I just moved all archived chats to unarchived and back and it seems to work

Actually it doesn't help to move it from archived to unarchived and back. After half an hour it's back to this state
