Tags being case-sensitive doesn't seem to add utility. #14

I understand that the developers made the decision to make tags case-sensitive, but I do not understand the rationale behind that decision. If tags are used to make one line pointers about companies or employees, then surely Confident and confident should be the same tag!

Yup, they could be the same tag, but leaving it as different does not impact the product in any functions, nor do we believe it makes a big impact in terms of user experience. Tags are also not used for any searches but once again, as a way to get a quick note in. With that in mind, the team plans to proceed with this classified as NIS.
