Unable to enter companies with special characters in their name #4

There are many companies such as AT&T which have special characters in their name. Restricting the name to just alphanumeric characters in the context of adding companies seems a bit too narrow.

Team's Response

We note that this is a flaw in the current application, however, we have already placed it within the Planned Enhancements of our DG, note point 4, hence we will be taking this as NIS.

While I definitely appreciate the fact that it is in the DG, I will stick to this being medium because it is certainly an issue which can cause occasional inconvenience to the user, as opposed to in very rare situations. There are many companies (AT&T as mentioned, even 7-eleven just to name a few) with special characters in their name and I hence stand by my original severity of medium.
