TimeSeries editor menu item not working correctly #17

(1) See issue 16 (https://github.com/AjayLimaye/lasVR/issues/16) - When you hit save from the TimeStamp editor menu:

Program should check if all loaded point clouds have get mod files - if they don't have them already they should get one
User should have an option to save the changes for the current selected cloud or all of them.
Currently settings don't save correct - e.g. if I change the timestamp setting to 1, the mod file gets "time=1" as the value

Also, the mod file timestep is not being loaded or used. See example data here: https://cloudstor.aarnet.edu.au/plus/index.php/s/ipFIrYoxKF6CdWj

For that levick data, timepoint point 1 loads, timepoint 0 is empty but mod files seem to be correct and both point clouds load fine if I load them individually.
