german: letter "ß" missing #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. switch to german
2. try to find the letter "ß" and fail
3. compare to "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_keyboard"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Android 2.1 on Sony Xperia X10 Mini
