unable to change to the scandinavian keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and enable
2. Disable the scandinavian keyboard
3. When enabling it again it will not replace the default Nexus One keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Norwegian Keyboard, I get the default Nexus One Keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0 on Android 2.1 Nexus One

Please provide any additional information below.
I've also tried to change the Skin, but nothing happens

After you enable it for the second time, you have to press and hold at a text 
field 
again, select input method and select Scandinavian keyboard. Does this solve 
your 
problem?
