English dictionary linked to non-English layout (not linked to the English layout)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type using the Finnish layout causes Finnish AND English words to be 
suggested
2. Swipe to the English layout causes NO words to be suggest
3. The keyboard sometimes crashes when it is about to suggest an English word 
when in English layout. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Finnish layout should display Finnish dictionary
- English layout should display English dictionary
- English layout should not crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- ZTE Blade, Android 2.2

I see this problem also when swipe-changing between Danish and English keyboard.
Please see data of phone from Issue 101 (2.2 on HTC Desire).

Actually if I switch from Danish to English it will after a while suggest a few 
words in English some times, but not every time, and often very few words.
