Consider removing/renaming the default /discord example #23

At present ConditionalEvents' discord command example overrides DiscordSRV's own /discord command, which is used for various things like linking and reloading the config. Obviously this isn't the biggest problem in the world but we'd appreciate even if you just renamed it to /discordinvite or something similar 🙂
