To be precise, not every time I will conduct a detailed test on the occurrence of errors when I have time in the next two days

image After my testing, it seems that killing directly by the player can cause this error, such as using a sword or a bow to kill, but non direct killing does not result in this error, such as pushing the player down into the void

Ok I will check this but I truly suggest you to update your minecraft server to at least 1.18+, because those old versions will always to have these bugs.
