Option to override hide_kits_with_permissions for individual kits #16

Currently there is just an option to hide all kits players don't have access to. I want to have this enabled but not for donor kits which I would like players to be able to view even if they don't have access to them.

Could a per-kit always_show config setting be added to support this?
