Differentiate between the proposals I have already evaluated and those pending evaluation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe As an administrator, and as an evaluator, I can filter to see which proposals an evaluator has been assigned to. But I can not differentiate the ones that are already assessed (but not answered) or are pending to be assessed by that evaluator.

Describe the solution you'd like I want the ability to filter by assigned valuators and by evaluations done or not. So, as a valuator, I can easily see how many proposals I have yet to evaluate.

• [ ] Given that I’m an administrator When I go to the proposals list Then I can filter by “Evaluation” > “Evaluated”, “Not evaluated”
• [ ] Given that I’m an administrator When I go to the proposals list And I filter by “Assigned to” > “John Micke” And I add a filter “Evaluation” > “Not evaluated” Then I can see clearly the projects that has not been evaluated yet by John Micke
