Sort NOTAMs #433

The NOTAM dialog should sort NOTAMs according to airfield / enroute / FIR, just as the DFS website does.

It might be better to sort the NOTAMs in the following order:

1) Active 2) Next 24h 3) Future 4) Read / Ignored
