Desired behavior/state
The OpenLoader files associated with mods in a particular instance should be copied to the instance as part of the installation. No files should be copied that are not fully associated with mods in that instance.
Actual behavior/state
OpenLoader files are not copied at all yet. They need to be copied manually.
Suggested change
Leverage the mod configuration that limits the mods that are copied to each instance and use that to copy the OpenLoader files
Document the method for organizing the OpenLoad files to ensure that this method continues to work over time
Evaluate this process and potentially use it for the KubeJS scripts down the road
