Stair recipes are inefficient/missing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Stair recipes have traditionally been wonky, using way too much resources for the output you get.

Describe the solution you'd like Stair recipes should output more stairs, with machines being more efficient than crafting.

• Crafting should continue to yield 4 stair blocks for 6 planks/stone.
• Add more recipes for the Stonecutter to allow 1:1 stairs.
• Advanced machines should provide at least 8 stair blocks for 6 planks and as much as 12 (more being the preference, depending on the limitations of the machine recipes).
• Add Druidcraft woodcutter recipes for woods from Atmospheric, Autumnity, Bamboo Blocks, Buzzier Bees, Quark, Silent Gear, Swamp Expansion, The Endergetic Expansion, and Upgrade Aquatic (maybe more in WFMS and GWMS)

Adding some Decorative Blocks palisades for Biomes O' Plenty logs to the Druidcraft woodcutting recipes as part of this issue: dead_log/dead_palisade, magic, cherry, umbran, mahogany, jacaranda, palm, willow, fir, redwood, and hellbark.
