Mods not deleted in pack instances #4

Expected behavior Mods removed from the modcache should be deleted from the instances when they are re-installed.

Actual behavior Mods are not deleted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove mod from modcache
  2. Run the Install script
  3. Mods are still in the instance folders they were in before
