vc1 (wmv3) seek error "Failed to open decoder" #15

when using LWLibavSource to open a certain wmv (vc1) file, and whenever seek to the 2nd half of the file, lsmas would crash VS with the following error:

vapoursynth.Error: [Fatal]: Failed to open decoder.

ref: op2.wmv.
