Action bar icons namescheme #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create an ActionBar Icon in the Asset Studio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output files have this namescheme ic_action_<name>. According to the Icon 
Design Guidelines you should use ic_menu_<name>.

We'll be updating those guidelines soon. ic_action is clearer naming IMO.
