Allow creation of launcher icons without effects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Add a graphic to the launcher icon generator in the Android Asset Studio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The generator automatically adds a drop shadow and other eye candy - I would 
like the option to disable this feature, and merely generate a "Plain Jane" 
launcher icon.

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached example of how the generator adds a drop shadow, etc.

You can use the new generic icon generator to create icons without effects:

For launcher icons, use a 42dp optical size and 3dp padding. You'll still need 
to create an XXHDPI launcher icon separately for Nexus 10.
