Where is LDPI in the launcher Icon maker?  :(

I've removed LDPI intentionally... it's kinda deprecated at this point in favor 
of automatic framework scaling. If you still need to generate LDPI assets 
please check out the source a revision or two ago and use locally.

@1 Does this also mean that manufacturers won't create such devices anymore?
I mean, the max heap memory is still 16MB for such devices:
